Do you ship next day delivery?
Our next day delivery available under two circumstance, delivery within Melbourne Metro Area or by selecting express delivery (Australia wide only).
Our handling time normally takes 1 business day for orders placed before 5 pm (cut off time is 5 pm), after 5 pm will be counted for the following day.
for international orders, we can not guarantee the delivery time as logistic is out of our hand so please do take count of the days potentially might take( international orders typically take from 7-14 days for delivery)
Can I cancel my order?
any cancellation due to change to mind is to be made within 2 hour of placing the order, our arrangement is all made in order to ensure the highest quality and best result for our customers.
cancellation and refunds are not permitted for customised arrangement, order that is in progress, or item that is already in transit
Please choose carefully as we will not be able to offer refund or exchanges due to simple change of mind.
Can I have a refund as there is a delay on my order?
Your arrangement will typically be dispatched in 1 business day and would arrive as per standard shipping time, no refund available on delays due to logistic out of our control.

We take great care on shipping our roses, the roses will arrive in safe and secure packaging to avoid damage of your elegant roses.
What if my order is damaged?
At No.5 florist, all our rose arrangement are crafted with highest attention to quality and detail, we make sure our product are in perfect condition before we ship them out and document them with photos.
If for any reason your bouquet is damaged or defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures attached within 24 hours of receiving it and our team will assist you. All approved refunds for damaged or defective arrangements will be issued as per the original method of payment.
